We’ve created a workers’ compensation program that includes attributes we’ve established from almost two decades of experience in our local markets. Some of the benefits of our program include:
Simplified CommunicationStrong partnership and communication are values that we emphasize in our workers’ compensation program. We provide a single point of contact to support all areas of case management—from scheduling appointments to following up with key stakeholders.
Each of our locations also has a point person that works directly with our single point of contact, further streamlining communication with case managers, employers and adjusters.
Timely communication on worker’s progress and easy to navigate clinical records are expectations that we fulfill every day.
Continuity of CareWe are strong believers in the benefits that are realized when a patient establishes a partnership with her or his physical therapist. That’s why every injured worker stays with the same therapist from the beginning to the end of their regimen, collaborating in the patient’s journey back to wellness.
Timelines that WorkWe are committed to getting workers in need of physical therapy on our schedule within 24-hours of being contacted, Monday – Friday. Similarly, it’s our goal to design a plan of care for each worker with an aim towards a safe and timely return to work.
